I will do my best my friend. It's also feeling a lot of loneliness and maybe regretting my past 10 years of life choices. That have me feeling this way too. I will be talking to my counselor in 30 minutes. So hopefully I can work through it. As always thanks for the support.

With persistance they will slowly fade away. Eventually, even tho they might drop by in your mind and say "remember me?", they will have no power over you, you will be the one with the power.

I believe so been writing down goals I want to accomplish for this year. It's taking my mind off of it. It's just been kind of a rough day for me mentally. Just feeling a lot of loneliness today and the want for change in my life. Thanks for the encouragement.
