It's that time of night again to visit my fantasy dreams. haha. Wonder what kind of dreams I will be having tonight. Hmmmm.

Now sometimes when I walk I just seem to be leaning in back and forth sometimes. haha.

faint and dizziness, anger, sadness where my withdrawal symptoms.

It's what makes me think that shifting my focus towards something else makes me think more positive.

I feel like porn is a nasty witch and once I shift my focus towards something else I feel like someone punched me, lol.

I shift my focus towards something else if my co occurring thoughts appear.

God, I just got turned on by watching porn out of the middle of nowhere. Good grief. Could it be a symptom?

Will my symptoms disappear forever. Hope so, staying hopeful. I am thinking about having a hopeful future.

Now I'm tired. haha. I feel like I am doing good so far.

haven't felt the need to fap either in a while. I wonder if it has to do with my symptoms being gone.

hmmmm, i am also finding video games less interesting as well too the more I keep myself less preoccupied.

Feeling bored this weekend, could it be an withdrawal symptom??? hmmmm.

That is why I have to stay busy with hobbies. like hobbits.

I guess it is the feeling of dopamine inside my brain that sometimes feels bored.

Now my mind starts to get kinda bored, like I am not sure why....

I am starting to become what is the word? Less worried about it. bah.

Withdrawal mode=survival mode, sleep will come easily for tonight.

OMG. Vanilla flavor ice cream, hands down, I love watching civil war movies. It is like ice cream for dessert for me. lol.

I think being in withdrawal mode is all about survival mode. You just have to survive one day at a time and get through your symptoms.
