Well... Fear is a complicated thing. What are you afraid of? If you fear failure, you'll never got anything started and in order to finish something successfully, you first got to start somewhere, fail, learn from your failure, and try again with better knowledge.
True strength comes from an indomitable will. When you have figured out the "Why", questions "How" and "When" answers themselves.
Positive thinking evokes more energy, more initiative and more happiness. Guide your thoughts carefully.
We need to be positive, but excess of positivity can be toxic, when you feel sad, don't just ignore it, live that feeling, it's necessary.
Life has enough setbacks reserved for us as it is, so we don't have to intentionally search more of them. What we need to do is concentrate more on positive things.
