    It haven't went so well friend, I've slipped up a couple times, but I'm on vacation right now so everything is good, I'm going to switch some things up when I get home and hopefully I can deal with my stress of life a little bit better, I just want to make it to 90 days and i can't even make it 9 days, very discouraging

    Maybe you can make mini mission . Take it a week at a time. and keep a log or journal to track the process and difficulties.
