Porn is the root issue anyway. People have fapped for milleniums without problem.

Though in many cases MOing is deeply interwined with P for many addicts. For that reason no PMO is advocated as best strategy. But MOing is still better than watching P.

Yeah so far it seems so much more manageable if I don't watch porn, it's like a vicious cycle of wanting to MO so you watch P but you want to P because you want to MO. I think restricting P makes it easier to avoid MO, hopefully I can keep this up because I feel good.
