    I'm in the same boat as you man. Recently went on a "relapse spree" and I feel horrible about it. The thing that worked for me is to follow the thing I've always done before... GET UP AND DO IT AGAIN. FORGET YOUR PAST (AND RECENT) FAILURE. TOLERATE YOUR CURRENT PAIN. DO IT AGAIN. You logically know it's worth it, now bite the bullet LIVE IT.     I guess I don't believe in the semen life force theory. I've seen it cause a lot of rebooters to stress over shit they have not control over. That just seems unhealthy to me. Not trying to be an ass, but just hoping you don't get discouraged over something natural. Keep fighting.
