    Hey. I tried many things. Nofap helped and the main thing is cyproheptadine. It gave me a 7 days window after taking 8 mg.

    I am extremly addicted to porn that my longest streak was 13 days. I thing its both pssd and pied. cyproheptadine has a upside-down effect from ssris. It means it may treat it parmanently. As i said i took 8 mg and i was ok . So i donr know if i take it a while it will effect for ever. cyproheptadine is an antihistamine pill whoch you can get OTC. DONT ABUSE IT or it makes you more depressed
