Day 11 of 90 done. I had a wet dream yesterday during this challenge, but other than that, I’ve been too busy to think about PMOing.

Day 7 of 90 done. I was busy this weekend, so it kept my mind off PMO and that’s why I haven’t had a recent update. All going well so far.

Day 3 of 90 done. Hopefully the other people doing the 90 day challenge w/ me are also going good.

Day 2 of 90 done. Just the usual urges when I’m alone or going to sleep in my bed at night. Starting discipline w/ going to gym and running

Day 0 of the 90 day challenge, hopefully this is the streak where I make it.

Didn’t use P at all just MO, but now at least I know where my weak spots are.

Just got to a week, and I relapsed. It seems like the urges feel the strongest when I’m lying in bed trying to go to sleep.

Day 4, feeling urges once every couple hours or so. Reading these forums gives me hope of a better life after 90 days, and I hope it will be
