Quit outpatient. The rehab system is inadequate and also a rip-off because of if you ask me. Trying out self-help meeting programs though.

Rough times. Going to outpatient rehab by my own choice to deal with other issues and that should help this in theory. System is broken tho.
Woke up craving U2 on this Spotify trial. Lol was never really a fan but it is fine. I think Beck is next but U2 is a phenomenon for sure.
