    I think it's mostly about confidence and passion in life. Then the "genetic fitness" type things are also important, yes. I have been learning a lot about toxic shame lately with a book "Healing the Shame that Binds You" that is pretty good. I think toxic shame is the #1 reason most guys here struggle with girls, including me.

    I gave him the best care I could and took him out on walks daily.. A few weeks ago he started not to eat, yesterday was the last day he sat on my lap and I looked at him and he seemed so out of it.. I pray that he’s in Heaven and spending time with his family.
