Hey Mr. Tony! I consider you a role model on this journey and have a question. I noticed you reached 500 days—congrats on that! Do you believe our success depends solely on NoFap progress? I feel hindered by this addiction. Should we focus only on NoFap, or are other factors important too? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
