  Personally I count it as relapse.. I suffer from PIED and I’m only 23 years old. Your rewiring your brain to Porn. Watching Porn just releases tons of endorphins to your pleasure system.. don’t go there bro. Just stay away from it... do 40 pushes up instead and don’t even look at porn.
