Day 5. Heading right on through the weekend. This has been a LONG week.
Day 4. Focus on your goal. Don't look in any direction but ahead.
Day 183. You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.
Day 51. "Giving up on your goal is like slashing your other three tires because you got a flat."
Day 50. "What we call failure is not the falling down, but the staying down. So stand up. Stand up and fight." And praise the sun.

Day 23. Week three is going well so far, and more than anything I am just excited to move forward and keep building up the days.
Day 19. The weekend is the toughest challenge. Very easy to be lazy, complacent, and off guard. Let's all keep with it.
Day 17. Rockin' this. Urges are low, but those are usually the times I need to be on guard the most.
Day 15. It's been a long few days, but ultimately rewarding. PMO has been the least of my troubles. Stay frosty.
Day 9. Feeling great, but I am tired. I am hoping I am so tired tonight that I just pass out, and don't have time to think about risky biz
Day 8. My first clean week is behind me. I couldn't be happier and more grateful for all the help I've received so far. Thank you.
