Thanks for your support. I have to say thet I am meditating for a few weeks now and working out nearly the same ammount of time.

Don't worry bro ull get better. People have trouble even going on 1 day streak. My friend pmo almost every day and hes a jerk caz he beats up his ma and sis. Atleast ur not like him. Ur better then a lot of people than you think
