    I read a definition of "pornography" once. It said it was the viewing of images or videos to lead the one viewing them to M or O. That is exactly how I have experienced it. P goes with M and O. They cannot be separated. Looking at porn makes it impossible to keep from M and O. Staying away from it helps tremendously. I have decided to do that!

    Yes! I started taking cold showers , daily, for over a month now and it really helps. besides that, it made me feel really good about myself and actually gave me a boost in motivation.
