  I am following a strategy I call "do it once again".
  
  After the first 7 days,I thought,I have completely 7 days.This means I have the ability to do 7 days,so let me do it again and do another 7 days. so, 7+7= 14
  Similarly, I thought now that I have done 14-15 days of nofap, let me repeat the task one more time. So 15+15=30
  
  Once I have touched 30 days, it got me thinking " Let me do it once again", so30 +30 =60days
