    Once you hit 7 days, reward yourself by opening those pathways up to a new pleasure model. Instead of jacking off, get dopamine and endorphins from working out, or get seratonin and relief from meditation.

    You are detoxing from PMO, but you shouldn’t close yourself off from all enjoyment. Close yourself off from the activities that negatively affect you in the long run and open yourself to the ones that will positively affect you.
