    I was a regular porn user since I was a teen, but went overboard with porn since my divorce 3 years ago. Once I attempted to date again, I ran into some ED issues (not sure if it was more performance anxiety or PIED based). It wasn't severe or all the time, but it still gave me a scare. I have tried to stop PMO, but it has been tough. At least in the last year I have reduced in considerably.

    I have had a couple relationships since then, and after a couple failed attempts in each, I was able to get back into the swing of things. Still the fear has been continuously in my mind (still that performance anxiety), and occasionally I’ll have a bad night. Erections have good days and bad, and that makes using a condom tougher in a new relationship. I've tried to stop PMO since then, but it is such a tough challenge, and I haven't yet broken the habit completely. (Though my streaks have been increasing a lot in the last couple months).

    I do believe anxiety has a big part in it, but I’m sure porn makes it worse. I want to kick the porn habit forever, have healing, and increased confidence.
