    Hey it’s okay if you failed once. You went from jacking off everyday to not jacking off for a whole week, or however long you went. If you relapsed once, you haven’t lost ALL the benefits. Pick yourself back up, think up a new strategy to combat whatever led to your relapse in the first place, and try again.
