tip that helps a lot: try controlling your instincts. Don't eat your fav food. Don't eat junk. etc. etc.

If you BELIEVE it is an addiction, it will destroy you. If you CHOOSE to believe it is like eating junk food, it will be easy overcoming it.

love yourself. celebrate even if you succeed for one hour. let yourself know that you matter.

Thinking that we can't think our way out of addiction. We need to do meditation or go into holistic healing.
