I want to do better, but I constantly give in. I want my life back. I want to feel energyzed again, free again and to be there for my kid.
What was your technique to overcome your addiction? What should you suggest I start doing?

Hey njones9, I read your post on how you have been through 14 days PM free and since I am new here, I decided to contact you.
I am also a father and owner of a mkt agency. But my addiction has control over me, I delay my work because of my addiction, I miss payments and feel tired all the time.

Glad you are here and got that journal going, Brother. Feel free to check in on the LDS group now and again. It really helps the newer people when they see there's others like us here :)
