Cleaned my entire room, reorganized, did laundry. It hasn't been this clean in months. I relapsed again, just M no P. One step at a time.
Also to add to my last status, I approached a 7/10 today just to get the notches on my belt, nothing came of it but thats ok!
Today is going great so far! I relapsed yesterday, but I understand this is a process and I'm working on it every day.

Today was alright, it was a rough evening but the streak goes strong!
First day back in class with a NoFap streak, lets get this day going!
So I had individual therapy today and told my therapist about my decision considering Nofap, and the community I joined! She was excited!
So group therapy went amazing, worked through some trauma and talked about my Porn addiction.
Going to group therapy today and letting them know that I began my Nofap challenge.
