It’s been over six years since I posted a status. I just relapsed tonight. I want to beat my record streak from 2016 of 135 days. Let’s go!
My God... have you guys watched "Brain, Heart, World"? "The World" is particularly eye-opening to what the industry does to wreck society.
I think cold showers and doing a set of 20 pushups when urges strike will help. I used to do pushups when I was hitting 60+, they help!
Well, just relapsed after 4 days. Weak! First goal is 7 days, which I’ve hit lots and lots of times, so I can do this!

I find that every time I relapse I not only tell myself "I won't do this again." but subconsciously, "I won't WANT to do this again."
