    I appreciate it man. Heavy stress, being weary, hitting my noggin kinda hard a few days ago plus a messed up sexual dream sent me over the top. Life knocks us down but I will get back up!

    Hey my friend, sorry to see the reset... But learn maybe to handle frustration and other uncomfortable feelings through meditation or doing just things you like, instead of turning to pmo for temporarily relief. Working out, eating healthy, sleeping more, reading, cold showers daily,... are all good behaviors to relax more... Get back up buddy, and avoid binging....
