Starting to feel decent again. :)
As soon as I take a break from nofap, it ends in a relapse :(
On January 1 I felt like I was going to stay clean this whole year, but I relapsed on January 13. I haven't use nofap in 3-4 weeks.
@imastegosaurus at one point I felt like deleting my account due to the embarrassment of failure. But the community is very encouraging and understanding. I still want to stop this habit for good.
You said it all. I was afraid of the embarassment here, too. But if I'm honest to myself: If everyone here would make it to 90 days without any issues, I wouldn't feel comfortable here. It's the constant picking-yourself-up and trying-again and sometimes the success of some people that makes me think this is the right place for me right now.
Hey ^^ Keep up the streak brother :) I'm proud of you!
I'm sorry, I failed :(
I wouldn't call it a failure if you got right back up.
Did you? :)
Everyone falls bro. It's getting back up that matters ♡
@IAmLegion thank you friend, it means a lot to me, and I do want to start again. :)
I know nothing about me
No one knows what will happen in the future. Trial and error is a fundamental way of learning. Besides you can read books, watch videos, attend seminars if possible, on life's purpose, how to set goals and achieve them. Emotional fitness is another important thing. You can watch Tonny Robbins videos on YouTube. He is a great guy. You will love him. Wish you all the best.
Yes I agree, I should read more, due to my fapping habits I never had any motivation or discipline to complete any book. I always wanted to read 'Think and grow rich' but I have been putting it off, I'll also look up the guy. Thanks again.
No problem my friend!
Here's the link to the 'Think and grow rich' audiobook. It's one of my favorites too. Audiobooks are amazing as it requires much less effort than reading. Have a lovely day!
Your avatar looks adorable :D
A anime character who wants to become the number one Hero.
Oh. I also looked it up, My Hero Academia is it? I've heard its a good anime. I should watch it after my exam
You should ^^
Identifying my triggers.
Sometimes I skip breakfast. Being poor sucks.
Breakfast is overrated. Dinner is more of a tuck in :)
New day, new energy. Starting fresh again and this time I promise myself I WILL cross the 30 day mark and beyond.
Good luck boy
Relapsed just short of my 30 day streak, I need to get my butt kicked hard so I can learn.
Do you keep a relapse notes? Like how it happend, what you can do better? There a section relapse and reports, I make most my progress there
Hang in there and keep fighting.
Oh, alright. I'll look into those threads and do some introspection.
