I've been reading articles at yourbrainonporn.com and it helped me see how worse things would get if I continue this habit.
Starting to feel decent again. :)
As soon as I take a break from nofap, it ends in a relapse :(
On January 1 I felt like I was going to stay clean this whole year, but I relapsed on January 13. I haven't use nofap in 3-4 weeks.
@imastegosaurus at one point I felt like deleting my account due to the embarrassment of failure. But the community is very encouraging and understanding. I still want to stop this habit for good.
You said it all. I was afraid of the embarassment here, too. But if I'm honest to myself: If everyone here would make it to 90 days without any issues, I wouldn't feel comfortable here. It's the constant picking-yourself-up and trying-again and sometimes the success of some people that makes me think this is the right place for me right now.

No one knows what will happen in the future. Trial and error is a fundamental way of learning. Besides you can read books, watch videos, attend seminars if possible, on life's purpose, how to set goals and achieve them. Emotional fitness is another important thing. You can watch Tonny Robbins videos on YouTube. He is a great guy. You will love him. Wish you all the best.
Yes I agree, I should read more, due to my fapping habits I never had any motivation or discipline to complete any book. I always wanted to read 'Think and grow rich' but I have been putting it off, I'll also look up the guy. Thanks again.

Do you keep a relapse notes? Like how it happend, what you can do better? There a section relapse and reports, I make most my progress there
