I am a chronic masturbator from an early age. I have recently returned to the Catholic faith of my upbringing after many years away, and am now trying to rid myself of this sinful burden of shame and self-loathing that is my porn and masturbation addiction.

After countless false starts, I realize I cannot conquer this addiction on my own and that I need a helpful group environment in order to assist me through this, so that I can finally be the happy and self-assured person that I so desperately want to be.
