  You're welcome. If you really réálly desire to win this battle, then make a firm choice, and develop a strong determination. I described here in Oct 2017 and finally I'm reaching my first year free from pmo relapses. Also, Keeping a journal is a wise thing. So it depends on yourself if you will win or not.
