Well, I'm here again, has been longer than 6 months since I left, however, now I have a more conscious mind and I'm here to stay. THANKS!!.
Well, I took a break for 3 months because I was going crazy with no PMO, so today I come back and quitting Porn and will explain why later.
Well guys, until 200 days without PMO, I decided to break the streak. And glad I did, we have to erase porn from our lives, but MO not sure.
Yesterday I was alone and down I almost relapsed, but I remembered the things I wanna achieve. So I took off my hand of my pants and cried.
Now I feel better, again the flat line is getting really hard to encourage, this is more difficult than the first month. I hope I'll be ok.
Again I'm having difficulties not falling into PMO, this month has been hard with urges. I often think about quitting, it's getting horrible

Congrats man, even thought I never get close to achieve this I feel happy to hear that someone has made it, how did you manage to get this streak?
I'm enjoying myself while on vacation. I feel proud of myself, I've been through a lot but I keep strong. Sometimes I cry but I feel real.

I have long hair, and I read that through Nofap is possible hair loss, and I'm experiencing that. It scares me but I'm strong. Greetings!
