    @parex it's up to you. It's recommended to not M as part of your recovery, but I think porn is the bigger enemy.

    Like @Indignation said, it's up to you. Many people choose to give up masturbation as well because of its close ties to porn. Also, it releases heavy amounts of dopamine which will slow down your reboot. The fastest way to recover is no P, no M, no edging, no orgasm.

    I say It is type of ..its context is similar to that ..whether you are porn addictive or not you should not mastrabat .It is moral wrong ..It lead to away from God post is saying like that ..If you fully understand it...

    I think it's up to the religion (or lack of) of each one... In my case, M it's messing with my life, so i consider it harmful for me, independent of punishments or not... Besides, religious people are everywhere, always kicking and screaming...

    False. Most people here are fighting over-usage of both porn and masturbation. Both together and separate. Nofap... No fapping... No masturbation... If you want the most benefit you should abstain from both for a period of time and then make an educated decision afterwards if M is "right" for you.

    Well ..but you need to think some how positive ..There is no man who never failed..or relaps in recovery ..After relaps ..Instead of losing hope or hating self ..why we shouldn't think that we can ..We fall and rise ..We learn from our mistake ...if you never relaps ..how can you know that that possible reason for that .? ..your mistake .? ..you need to be positive .
