  If you're talking about taking a melatonin supplement, don't. It's dangerous. Get the same effect by letting your body produce it naturally. Get some blue light blocking glasses.

  Stay on your guard. Maybe implement some strategies to minimize urges if you haven't already: exercising, cold showers, perhaps even intermittent fasting.

  I've actually never played CS:GO. I spent a good four years playing Team Fortress 2.
  
  I do really like the way CS:GO looks so I'll probably give it a shot.
