Excellent. So you put pieces of paper on your desk, your mirror etc. with the message 'switch off phone and do something else instead.' You might also write down some of your alternative activities like: take walk, do fitness, listen to music, read a good book, phone a friend, write in diary, post on this forum etc etc.
