Thursday, February 7th, 2019 - Crashed at 116 (or so) days..

Crashed at 116 Days. Longest have gone for a while. With the Help and Grace of God i will be able to go for longer this time.

With the help and the grace of God.. - Wednesday, 10/10/18.

July 28. It was a crash and Im not proud of it but i need to keep positive hopfely i will make it 90 days or more going forward with

Wednesday 10/10/18 - made it a whole 73 days! No PMO. Definitely a nice run and one of my longer stretches. Haven't had one of those since

Saturday - 7/28/18 slipped at 13 days. Back on track for as long as I can and as long as Grace will have it. I hope for another 90 days.

Sunday - 7/15/18 - Slipped! Back on track for as long as Grace will take me.

6/28/18 - Back on track with God's help.

6/28/18 but this morning in the shower I slipped and crashed at 98 days. I pray that going forward I will be able to beat this record.
