    I came to realize considering Nofap a fight against your urges by willpower being your weapon makes it harder! I found that I don't need this and I hated my self-image of being a fapper and I said it's me who decides not my desires! Good luck!

    Personally, my goal is never again. I've relapsed enough to know that even just once leads to a binge, which leads to being just stuck back in the trap. "Less" is an amazing and wonderful start. But zero is my goal
