Thanks for encouraging me! First I thought that my trigger was being alone in my home, but later I find myself watching P in my office while people just passed in front of me. After watching some P, I inmmediately seek for the restroom and finish with M.
I don't feel good after that, but now I understand that is the work stress when my body says "hey buddy, is time to relax".

You're very much welcome, everybody here is helping each other. What you write is very recognizable to me.. its seems like blowing off steam (no pun intended), relaxing..

but i try to use different methods for that now (also i think pmo is a "fake" relieve, does more harm than good in the end).. mainly being more productive and excersising.. but still.. there are times with a lot of struggle.. and i really have to go into that inner fight.. stay cool & strong mate, follow your heart and walk the good path :) (which might be different for all of us ofc!)
