I'm not doing good. I'm still on a cycle because I'm using this to self-soothe because trauma has resurfaced.

I am relapsed because I am really hurting. I feel so alone sometimes. And I wish people would check in to make sure I'm okay. I'm sorry.

Damnit...let my guard down. Please don't let me binge.

Two days down thanks to God.

Really missing my cat today. And my brain tricked me into thinking relapsing would help missing him hurt less.

I relapsed this morning. I had a lot of triggering dreams this morning. And instead of distracting myself when I woke, I relapsed.

Please pray and send good vibes my way. Last Wednesday I had to have my cat euthanized at the vet. And I still miss him so much.

And I feel really alone.

I'm sorry that last status may have sounded self-pitying. But I've having pretty strong feelings of doing something bad to myself.

I need to share something really hard. I use P&M more when I'm really hurting. And recently I have been really hurting because of work.

I relapsed about a little after 30 days. And I'm reminded why this is such a hard addiction to conquer.

Made it 18 days and reset. Longest I made it in a long time. I am going to do my best to stand back up, and not get in a relapse cycle.

I've add made it 11 days through God's Grace. I know it doesn't seem like much but this is the longest I've made it in a long time.
