    I've been experimenting with this and it seems to work miracles in reducing anxiety-depression and resetting my endorphin balance. It feels amazingly pleasurable to me and works every time. But I want to know if I'm the only one who can do it. Done several times a day could be good insurance against mental-emotional stress and could seriously divide the PMO monopoly of endorphins.

  Anybody tried The Sinclair Method and naltrexone, for PMO addiction? I've just heard of it, used for alcoholism with revolutionary effects!

    LostCloud You might be confusing it with Antabuse, which makes you sick. Naltrexone doesn't; just blocks the opioid receptors so that your "drug of choice" simply becomes less interesting to you. I think it's only been advocated to be used with alcohol because most other addictive substances are not legal. Movie here: https://tubitv.com/movies/326586/one_little_pill

    According to the Sinclair Method the Naltrexone needs to be used in conjunction with the thing you're addicted to so it can block only those specific receptors. They recommend consistently taking the pill one hour before doing your drug of choice until you drive the habit to extinction.

    I've been relapsing just about every day. Fortunately some of the positive habits I started during good streaks are sticking. But the relapse keeps happening. It's bewildering. So strange. Thanks for thinking of me.

    I was just writing to someone else that I use "Scorched Earth" strategy to get off the ground for the first week or so. Usually, no electronics. Strict rules. Whatever that means for you. You really can do it. Those good habits will definitely help. Keep trying!
