No, in the traditional way, I haven't gone on 1 year or two year streaks but I am able to maintain a long gap between each relapse, it's very day that matters so keeping your head in the game every time you lose is essential. Hopefully I keep my head in here long enough this time

Yeah mate, it's all going good. Have come out of the chaser and it's been good without the edging ever since. It's the longer streaks however, that cause an issue for me. But I'll get past it this time. How's it going there?

It comes very very often. Tbh, it helped me in my progress but the frequency and length decreases hugely after 90-120 days
