just broke 2-day fasting streak... the longest I´ve ever fasted. Feeling both sad for breaking the streak and good because I had no energy..
A fasting day + did 164 km on bike (6 hours + breaks for water), feeling dead rn, falling asleep ... let´s see when I wake up.
The moment you wake up being on a long nofap streak ... priceless : ) -
