  Start meditating bro and try to ignore garbage thoughts....just don't ponder on them let them as they are, they don't deserve your attention...keep it simple...love yourself for who you are and what you have...if you keep comparing yourself with other you will never be at peace

But I relapse once in a while that leads to series of relapses which includes long days of PMO.Triggers are any uncomfortable situation.

I have been doing the research on recovery from PMO for 16 years now.I haven't recovered completely.But there are days I thought I recovered
