Recovering PA

Felt good about myself, really tempted to M last night but stopped myself :-) start of a long journey.

Feeling low and flat emotions, really need to get a good no pmo streak to give me focus. So much harder to do single.

Reality bit like a shark on Sunday when ex moved out hugged me and said she stll loves me. Not coping well at all. Feel so alone :-(

Feeling ill but not thinking about FAPing so in a good place mentally. Ex moving oug in next week so reality to hit home soon.

Staying strong, feeling hopeful

Day 1 again but know it's the only way to be at peace. Starting to post again and make it regular so to stay on track.

Not been on here for a while, now single n gone off rails. Ready to reboot

In a good place today, SO still losing weight but we have plans in place to help. Also helping others and it feels good.

Still going strong with my SO. Building on good behaviours and its going well :-)

Got a new perspective on relationship after reading very good book. The man of her dreams/ the woman of his. Brilliant read :-)

feeling very sad and withdrawn today, trying to be hopeful and looking to future but this evening has brought me down, hopeful for tomorrow.

Had an awakening yesterday about SO recovery and that i am not helping her, just looking at what i can do to ease her pain. Massive rethink

SO looking to move out but will take a while to sort out details, i still have time to turn this around.

Bad mistake edging by mistake, relationship in major threat. Very upset.

Had another great night talking touching and cuddling with SO. We are truly reconnecting or making a honest connection for the first time:-)

Both SO and I O'd together last night without me touching my member, really happy :-) can't loose focus now more than ever though.

Still struggling against the tide. Really want to make my relationship with SO work.

I've failed, been begging this afternoon and she no longer wants to fight, lost the love of my life, very very sad day

I'm hanging on by a thread, SO says she loves me and i am desperate to keep my soul mate. Please let it work.
