    Good job man. Make it past 2 weeks and it'll get a hell of a lot easier. Try to set short and reachable mile stones for yourself to make it easier to reach it. Don't tell yourself right now that I'm gonna go straight up to 90 days, set the first mile stone to a week then 2 weeks, 1 month,2 and 3, until your urges are so under control that counting the days won't matter to you that much like before
