  Very disappointed in myself. Stress lead me to edge and sext last night. No full PMO relapse but still cross I didn’t have more self control

    Tackle the stress, focus on the positive habits that will help you alleviate it. Don't wallow in self-pity or hatred from the lapse, this can only lead to a binge. Always look at the bigger picture, you've decreased the amount you PMO in a year.
