    The beginning is tough but try and embrace it. It is the most difficult hurdle but once you overcome a few days there is some light at the end of the tunnel

    I second @kkn93hc7 's comment. Nothing starts easy. I used to fap every week for months then was 90 days free then relapsed 3 days. This is my current streak - 35 days
