    I relapse few days ago. We are in same shit. I'm very deep. Before that i have been clean 210 days and still with ED:( if you don't have ED, just enjoy, bro. And next time, BE STRONG!

    @Iwillsucceedthis I think she's seeing someone else, and she initiated 'minimal' contact after a misunderstanding in an fb chat. I'm just in pieces going through treatment for depression and nofap and I feel the need to explain face to face how and why I destroyed our relationship... :(

    Man my sincere advice to you as a bro. Just forget about it. When you think she's seeing someone else than let her go. NEVER focus on one girl. There are plenty others.Also I think we as man shouldn't show our weakness in front of a woman. It will be hard but you will only find happiness through women if you aren't any desperate or needy towards them.
