on my batch saying there is 7 days how can i change it after been relapsed and start again

start again after 5 time in a row relapsed 1st day

relapsed fell like messed up im going to start again untill this stop

i was gonna relapse few hour ago,then i went to beach and walk until my mind clear thanku lord making me strong looks like i made it 6 day

6day started it rain here I like when it rain it help me to relax

trhought 5day went well there were some of urges and cravings.the way I fell ,practice is nothing without our will

5th day started had a bath in the morning came to work getting relax day by day and this is a good thing keeping my own track

4th day,after while I'm feel like my self again.there were some urges but I outrun it.lord help me to see trough this

Start 4th day so far so good had a bath in the morning at work place now actually I'm felling more relax now and confidence too

Going to rest my mind to factory setting like a new born Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, i fear no evil

3rd day also past had some of urge moment but in the end i gone thru it.listing to music make a good vibe on my self and push up's also

Day 3 started went to work as usual.no bad emotion until this movement fell like i have a lot energy on my body and my mind right now

2nd day almost went well there was some of urge movement but in the end my ambition far exceeded my urge.
