Failure is a lesson for being successful. Don't blame yourself. Don't feel ashamed of yourself. Don't binge. Keep fighting. Focus on another aspects of your life: fitness, productivity, health, social... Set a porn blocker if you find relapse occur way too much. Using a Nofap Spreadsheet instead of day counter if you find yourself so obsessed in counting days.
