I think you haven't find the problem yet. You fail because you can't defeat the triggers. We cannot defeat pornography by simply avoiding it. You have to replace it by some other habit. So next time urge occurs you have to engage time in New habit you developed. It is not easy task but with patience you can do it
You know these stepper-thingies in gyms? Even if you don't get farther up sometimes, you legs will still get stronger with each step taken.
