  Relapsed after 127 Days last Sunday. It's little decisions that lead to relapse. Back on my feet again. Will post in Relapse forum later.

  Made it to 90 days of No PMO...so glad! It's all worth it. Temptation to PM is definitely less compelling but I'm still cautious.

  I'm on Day 83 (or 84). Started to M earlier but then made a decision to take a 3 minute cold shower. Did wonders and now I'm typing here!

  How quickly we can fall...it starts with just one errant thought that cascades into more. At Day 70 and it's still a struggle.
