    Don't use Porn Tracker. Don't define by counting days. Just try avoiding porn and Fap. Try to be porn-free naturally. Don't try perfection. Otherwise, you'll repeat the same thing.

    One day i woke up and felt extremely tired, the mind is empty, memory and concentration loss, then it had been lasting for months til acute anxiety stepped in. They combo attacked gave me intense suicidal thoughts. Antidepressants had no effects on major depression man, only treated anxiety and suicidal psychosis.
