It has been 8 months since I gave up sharing my progress here but I will continue to do it.
I think I should keep posting un the forum after all this time.
I failed again. It's getting worse.
I won't PMO today, only tomorrow. And tomorrow, I will say "not today, tomorrow". And so on.
But I will not surrender. I got 12 days without PMO, next time I'll keep a longer streak!
I fell again.

Replacing PMO with hard work is a great strategy. It doesn't bring you instant pleasure, but permanent satisfaction, which is far better.
I think that the secret of rebooting is focusing on each day. If you fall into pmo TODAY you will never reach any desired streak or goal.

I'm doing much better, but I should avoid being overconfident. It is very dangerous to lower the guard even when I'm not tempted.
